Time spent at Flora Cultura will bring new skills to all who attend whether they are new to gardening or seasoned amateurs, our mentors will be able to enthuse and encourage you to see the beauty of the growing. You will learn the joys of growing your own fruit, vegetables and flowers and possibly meet new friends along the way.
A DAY AT THE FARM
Dress for working on the farm – it gets muddy when it rains
Don’t forget to bring a packed lunch, snacks and a bottle of water
We will provide tea/coffee or herbal teas
9:50-10:00 am
Meet in Talgarth Main car park for minibus ride up to the farm campus
10:10 am
Morning meeting to discuss the days activities and have a cup of tea
10:30 am
Gardening and/or crafts begin
12:00 pm
Lunch (bring your own packed lunch) to be eaten in the pottery studio classroom (with wood burner 🙂
1:00 pm
Gardening and/or crafts
2:00 pm
Time to clean tools and put everything away
2:15 pm
Drive back to Talgarth car park for 2:30pm
